Absolutely. Our kitchen is exclusively vegetarian — no meat, fish, or eggs are ever brought onto the premises. There is zero risk of cross-contamination. Our chefs specialised in pure vegetarian cuisine including traditional Vidarbha dishes,  We also accommodate Jain dietary requirements (no onion, no garlic, no root vegetables) with advance notice. Special dietary needs including gluten-free and diabetic-friendly options can also be arranged. Just let us know when you book.

Absolutely safe. Our safari vehicles are well-maintained with experienced drivers who prioritise safety. Children aged 5+ are welcome on safaris (as per forest department regulations). The villa estate itself is secure, with no dangerous wildlife on the property. For elderly guests, we ensure ground-floor room allocation, assistance with vehicle boarding, and special dietary considerations. We've hosted guests from age 5 to 82, and every one of them has had a wonderful, safe experience. Our staff is trained in basic first aid, and the nearest hospital is within 30 minutes.

Aamod Villa is just 45 km from Nagpur city centre — approximately 50-60 minutes by car via the Nagpur-Amravati Highway. The road is well-maintained highway for most of the journey, with just a 2 km stretch off the highway to reach our gate. It's one of the most accessible wildlife safari stays in Central India. For guests booking the Ultimate Wilderness package, we offer complimentary pickup from Nagpur Airport or Railway Station. Self-driving guests will find ample free parking on the estate.

Pack comfortable, earth-toned clothing (avoid bright colours on safari), sturdy walking shoes, a hat, sunscreen, and insect repellent. For winter safaris (Nov-Feb), bring warm layers as early mornings can be chilly. Summers (Mar-May) are warm but excellent for tiger sightings as animals come to water. Binoculars and cameras with zoom lenses are highly recommended — though our guides can also help with smartphone photography tips!

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible: Free rescheduling up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations made 21+ days before arrival receive a full refund minus a small processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days before arrival receive a 50% refund or 50% credit for a future visit. Within 7 Days before arrival, bookings can be converted to credit for a future date. We believe in building long-term relationships with our guests, so we always work with you to find a fair solution.

Our packages are transparent and all-inclusive. The price you see covers accommodation, all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, chai/coffee), safari drives,  guide services, farm walks, bonfire evenings, and all listed activities. The only additional costs would be: forest entry permits and safari vehicle fees (which are government-mandated and vary by season — we'll tell you the exact amount upfront), and any personal purchases like souvenirs. We believe in transparent pricing because trust is the foundation of every great guest experience.

Absolutely! We regularly host corporate offsites, family reunions, wedding parties, and group expeditions of up to 20-25 guests. For large groups, we offer customised packages that can include private safari vehicles, dedicated dining arrangements, team-building activities, bonfire programmes, and special menus. Our 10+ acre estate provides ample space for group activities. Contact us with your group size and requirements, and we'll create a bespoke proposal within 24 hours.

Mobile network coverage (Jio and Airtel work best) is available at the villa, though signal strength may vary. We have basic WiFi available in the common areas for essential connectivity. However, we gently encourage our guests to use this as an opportunity to disconnect from screens and reconnect with nature — the experience is infinitely richer when you're fully present. That said, we understand that some guests need to stay connected for work or family reasons, and we accommodate that without judgment.

Every season offers a unique experience: Winter (Nov-Feb) is the most comfortable with pleasant temperatures and excellent wildlife activity — our most popular season. Summer (Mar-May) is warmer but arguably the BEST for tiger sightings, as animals concentrate around water sources. Monsoon (Jul-Sep) transforms the landscape into a lush paradise with fewer tourists and unique photography opportunities. June to October is typically closed for forest maintenance. We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance for peak season (Oct-Mar) as the limited slots fill quickly.
